Everything very clean / new, good price, excellent facilities (washing machine and tumbler, 2 toilets with showers, well-equipped kitchen, ironing board, hairdryer), located very close to the bus stop. Quiet neighbourhood. The entrance door got stuck but the owner lives nearby and solved the problem immediately.
