    What a perfect riverside location convenient for the city centre and the railway station. I appreciated the secure gated parking and the apartment building concierge. Well-appointed apartment, ideal for my requirements.

    Location was great. 5 minute walk from the rail station. 15 minutes and you’re in the centre of York. There is a Sainsbury’s local in the train station, so stop there for a few essential supplies like Milk.

A very spacious, well presented two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is fantastically positioned close to both York Station and the beautiful city centre. The apartment has a high standard of both decoration and furnishings throughout. The property has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath and integral shower. With the addition of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area this well positioned apartment has everything that you could want in the city of York, including free WiFi and also the addition of a designated secure parking space. Please note regarding access that the keys will need to be collected from the Stays York office during office hours. Outside office hours a meet and greet at the apartment building will be arranged. Upon departure the keys can be left in the apartment mailbox.
