32 The Salcombe is a lovely third-floor apartment resting in Salcombe, Devon. Hosting one king bedroom, along with a bathroom and a sofa bed, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside there is an off-road parking space for one car in a secure car park and a mooring space available in 'The Salcombe' pontoon, as well as a balcony with seating. 32 The Salcombe is a great base for adventures in Devon. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from 25th May to late September each year (subject to change). The flat can be accessed via a lift.Allocated parking space for ONE car only. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.Pontoons to be removed for the winter in November - Moorings will not be available during this time. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon wall is being repaired from late April until 23rd May 2025 and will be out of use. Please call the local office for further informationPLEASE NOTE LARGE PICK UP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT IN THE SALCOMBE PARKING SPACESStrictly No Smoking
