Modern and stylish, exceptionally well equipped, so many added touches to make you welcome and comfortable. Brilliant location for so much of South Wales/‘Waterfall Country’. Really homely and excellent hosts who were really helpful.

A superb self catering house. The property is visible and located on the main road, once inside it feels very secluded and private with minimal noise. There are three bedrooms so the property can sleep up to 6 guests. There is one bathroom and it is located on the ground floor. It has free on street parking. Larger vehicles can park in the lane rear of the property. Its a perfect location for small families, couples, business trips, hikers and bikers. It includes: Free on street parking Free Wifi, A fully equipped kitchen, Tea and coffee, Laundry facilities & iron, Hairdryer & straighteners, Towels & toiletries, Smart TV with Netflix, Master Bedroom TV, Travel cot and highchair (both on request) No animals of any kind are permitted on the property as my daughter cleans the property and she has a severe allergy to animal hair and dander and so it poses a severe health hazard to her. She has been in hospital twice with this pet allergy. The garden is out of use as it is under construction. No bikes of any sort are to be brought into the property. No visitors or overnight guests. No charging of electric cars.
Its a perfect location for getting around. Local shop/post office - 3 min walk Takeaway - 1 min walk Train station - less than 10 minute walk Bus stop - 30 second walk Cardiff or Swansea - 25 min drive each way Zipworld - 10 min drive Brecon & pen y fan mountain - 15min drive Dare valley country park - 10 minute drive Also nearby are the Ystrafellte waterfalls, the Royal mint, many Welsh castles and countless beaches including The Gower and Mumbles.
