The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There are two king-size bedrooms, one on the first-floor and one on the second-floor, both with Smart TVs, a second-floor twin and a first-floor bunk with access to a patio. There is a pay and display car park nearby. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but pets and smoking are not permitted. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: The car park is approximately 100m away and costs 4 for 24 hours. Note: There is a bar adjacent to the house which is open until 3am most Saturday's and can be noisy. Opening times will vary for bank holiday's.Note: The house is located within a busy town centre please expect noise when in the front two bedrooms on weekend's.

Caernarfon is a historic and cultural town in North Wales. It has a magnificent 13th century castle, well restored town walls, and a lovely waterfront. During the season, the castle offers guided tours and historical pageants. It also has a station on the Welsh Highland Railway, which runs through stunning landscape to Porthmadog. Caenarfon is home to a harbour offering fishing trips and a Roman fort and museum, and is close to the beautiful beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as the peaks of Snowdonia.
