Compact house with very well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating in the lounge area. A downstairs toilet is a bonus. Not the right time of year for us to use the garden but would be nice to sit out in the warmer months. Good to have own parking space right in front of the house. Having a well-stocked local supermarket so close is perfect.

Attractive modern house located close to scenic Lymm Village. The property has parking for two cars. Business Wifi is provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided for your convenience. The place accommodates 3 comfortable. There is an inflatable double mattress which can be setup in the lounge if 5 people would like to stay. Guests will have access to the whole of the house. On the ground floor the property offers open plan kitchen/ lounge area, and downstairs wc. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin room, office, and family bathroom. There is a private garden with seating area and log burner. I am available via phone, text or email 24/7.
Lymm is small picturesque village. Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester are all within 30 miles. There are numerous restaurants/ bars/ pubs and a supermarket within close proximity. Lymm is the great location for those needing to travel to Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and Chester. It is well located for easy access to the M6, M62 and M56 motorway links. Property is suitable for couples, those travelling on business and families.
