Abigail's Suffolk Cottage is a charming three-bedroom holiday cottage which dates back to the 1700’s. Set in the heart of Wickham Market and situated in the valley of the River Deben, it’s a perfect spot for exploring the best of both the Suffolk coast and countryside. The property is beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a cosy living room with a TV and log burner and a modern downstairs bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a fantastic master bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, a generously sized second bedroom with a zip and link bed (can be made up as a twin or a king size double) and adjoining third bedroom with a single bed and plenty of natural light. Outside there is a private ‘secret garden’, which is accessed across a communal courtyard – The perfect place to bask in the sun, relax under the pergola, read a book or enjoy a BBQ and it's fully enclosed making it dog and child friendly.

Wickham Market is a great location where you are spoilt for choice with countryside walks right on your doorstep. The village’s centre is a short walk where you will find a fresh food market twice a week and local amenities including an outstanding butchers and bakers with its award-winning food, tea-room, café, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, kids soft play and local shops. Slightly further afield is the train station at Campsea Ashe and some fabulous pubs and restaurants, most notably ‘The Duck’ within 4 mins drive and multiple award-winning Gastropub ‘The Unruly Pig’ in Melton. With easy access to the A12 you are perfectly located for exploring the nearby and popular market towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham as well as the Suffolk Heritage Coast with areas such as Orford, Aldeburgh, Dunwich and Southwold all within a half an hour’s drive away.
