In 2021 both Amgad and Hana, a husband and wife team being professional landlords since 2006 have spotted a niche in the market. Thus ensuring your stay in one of our properties is as enjoyable as can be. We strongly believe in supporting our local community and therefore we only use local cleaning companies, suppliers as well as working with local businesses to bring you an experience that you will never forget. You will be pleased to know that all our properties are fully managed and run by ourselves and never a third party company. It has been furnished to a high standard, ensuring your stay with us is as enjoyable and comfortable as can be. This stunning & stylish apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, 2 bedroom - 1 King size bed, 2 double beds and a sofa bed. It also offers a good size living room, a dining area, 1 full bathroom and 1 en-suite. You will staying across the road from the level (a well known park in the city), within minutes walk to the buzzing London Road where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafe's, bars and supermarkets. Please note that the lead guest must provide: ☞ I.D that matches booking request ☞ Sign our own Terms & Conditions, which will be emailed to you prior booking confirmation ☞ A refundable deposit is required at time of booking ( via payment link) ☞ Lead guest must be 21 years or over
