Situated in historic Farnley, a small village close to the border of Leeds and Bradford, our luxury 3 bed home provides a combination of comfort, style and versatility and can sleep 6 guests with a mixture of double and single beds. Our house bathroom and master en suite add extra convenience and privacy. Our home is ideal for families, groups, contractors, St Mary's hospital staff and visitors and those travelling for work purposes. WHAT GUESTS LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY New build home with modern fixtures and integrated appliances, dining table, underfloor heating downstairs, central heating upstairs, spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining with comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and free-view channels and a Fussball table for some light hearted competition. Our rear patio offers guests a relaxing outdoor space with seating and Barbecue facilities. Our gated driveway has enough space for around 4 vehicles with further on street parking available close by.

The vibrant Leeds city centre is a 15 minute drive away, Here you will find everything from designer and mainstream shopping, to the variety of attractions, heavenly international cuisine to live entertainment. Bradford centre a 20 minutes drive and Farsley centre a 10 minute drive with local pubs, shops and bakery a short walk from our home. St Mary's hospital is a 5 minute drive away, Manchester City Centre is an hours drive away and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park takes 1 hour 45 minutes by car. The nearby ring road provides excellent availability to all areas of Leeds as well as Pudsey, Bradford and the M621.
