An extremely spacious, well-presented two double bedroom garden flat on the ground floor of a purpose-built development just moments from Holloway Road station. The property offers a bright, spacious living / dining room, separate fully integrated kitchen, two very large double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The property boasts a substantial private terrace garden, large windows and is in good condition throughout. Fully furnished including leather sofas and even a TV and kitchen equipment.

Neighborhood info

Ideally located for access to central London in less than 15 minutes. Trendy area with a lot of young people... so you have a lively feel around. Trendy Upper Street just a short walk away. Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) is less than 5 minutes walk. Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line and overground) is also around 10 minutes walk away. Excellent links with a range of bus routes that would take you to most parts of London.
