Angel's Cottage has an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis, a raised front patio with furniture and an enclosed rear courtyard with bike storage, furniture and barbecue. WiFi, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent. There is a shop within 0.2 miles and a pub within 0.1 mile, and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. The great outdoors awaits with a stay at Angel's Cottage in Derbyshire. Note: There are stone steps leading up to the front of the property, please take care. The village of Tideswell stands in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Famous for its fine church dedicated to St John the Baptist, known as "The Cathedral of the Peak", the village is also noted for its well dressing and carnival wakes. There is excellent walking with rugged peaks to the north, gentle hills and dales to the south and Millers Dale just outside the village. Mam Tor and Castleton are only a few miles away and the popular Spa town of Buxton is within a 15 minute drive. Tideswell has many fine country inns, a chemist, butchers, bakers and much more including a convenient supermarket open daily until 10pm. The pretty little market town of Bakewell is also just a short drive away and well worth a visit.
