The place was extremely well furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a short or a long stay: easy chairs, storage space, kitchen facilities All interesting and unique and of high quality. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed in for this provision. There was even tea, coffee, wine provided. Easy parking, and a delightful little outside space.

Annex By the Sea has been designed to be your mini sanctuary, you can expect to walk in and feel at ease straight away. The studio contains a full size orthopaedic Double bed for your maximum comfort. You can also relax in the lovingly created little coffee area with a luxurious throw and Netflix on the Smart TV. This space can also be converted to a small bed for smaller additional visitors. The cosy studio provides a mini breakfast bar area where up to two people can enjoy the dinner you've prepared in our fully equipped kitchenette. Or maybe you order in from many of the great take away restaurants that Lancing has to offer ;-) You have full access to High Speed unlimited internet and a Smart TV fully loaded with Netflix and Amazon Prime so Chilling out after a downs walk will be easy. You will also have access to all the usual catch up TV apps. The Shower room and Kitchenette are fully equipped so don't worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip ;-) Don't even worry about a towel!! We have you covered :-) This cute little Annex is located right off the A27 and has its very own private drive to the rear of the property so you'll never need to worry about parki...

The Annex by The Sea is a quaint little studio apartment located directly off of the A27 dual carriageway. This road gives direct and fast access to Worthing and Brighton via bus or car. Just across the A27 is the start of the South Downs with it's beautiful endless walks and fantastic views. The Lancing Miller & Carter Steakhouse is located just a 400 meter walk away from the Annex. Lancing Beach Green is just 1.5 miles through Lancing where you will find many more restaurants and pubs.
