Within 10 minutes’ walk of the city center and the Odyssey Arena, these apartments have free WiFi and a 24-hour concierge service. Most apartments enjoy impressive views of the city and River Lagan. Each has either 1 or 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, hairdryer and toiletries. All have a living room with flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an on-site restaurant and a garden. Laundry services are also available. The fine print

The property has a strict nonparty policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Guests must be aged 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25.00 GBP per pet, per stay applies.
Car parking is charged at GBP 20 per day.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
