Two bedroom mews house sleeping up to three people, with a free allocated parking and outside space. Positioned in a quiet location in Kemptown near the seafront and Brighton Marina village with lots of restaurants, cinema and supermarket, and where you can take the undercliff route to Rottingdean. Ground Floor Kitchen Open kitchen with everything including a dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine that takes Lavazza a modo mio capsules. Living / dining area Homely and bright living space with french doors onto a private patio. A drop leaf table makes up the dining area. WC WC on the ground floor. Outside Space A patio area with seating to enjoy your meals al fresco! First Floor Bedroom 1 Upstairs there is a contemporary, stylishly decorated bedroom with a king size bed, side tables and lamps, drawers and an open, wooden hanging rail. Bedroom 2 A cosy single bedroom. The single bed measures 2'9". Bathroom A white bathroom suite including a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Parking There is one parking space.
