I was expecting a more luxurious room, but I wasn’t disappointed. There was a bit of confusion with reception about booking for breakfast but it worked out fine. Excellent breakfast really enjoyed it & was hot!

Special thanks to Paul the Concierge, who went out of his way to help us book a taxi to take us to our evening at the Bluebell Railway. Such a friendly chap too. Sharne on Reception for being patient with my lack of hearing & to Dylan & all the staff at Breakfast. Superb service & always with professionalism & a smile.
