Immaculately presented fully renovated bungalow with loft extension with just about every mod con you could think of /wish for. Well equipped kitchen with a full range of kitchen utensils etc., Lots of little extra's that make a stay more comfortable like umbrellas in the porch for rainy days, spare blankets. Plenty of seating outside positioned to catch the sun. The little nic-nacs that we kept spotting in the house and garden that raise a smile. The wonderful en suite showers, useful utility room with washing machine and plenty of warm drying space. All topped off by a very quiet, peaceful location - with a public footpath across the field behind to the pub... This is one of those places that really does look as good as the pictures! The owners should be very proud of it.

The Village of West Beckham is a pretty little rural village, set in beautiful Norfolk countryside and only a few miles from the sandy beaches of Sheringham and Cromer and the picturesque market town of Holt. There is a lovely old church set in the middle of the village and a pub, The Wheatsheaf. The name West Beckham derives from the Danish 'beck', meaning brook and has two rivers, one flowing out to sea at Cley-next-the-Sea, whilst the other feeds Scarrowbeck and then out to sea at Great Yarmouth. Sheringham, lies just 3.5 miles away, is a thriving seaside town with a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafes, pubs, tea rooms, and wine bars. There are plenty of lovely cafés to choose from, including the Grey Seal and the Sitting Room, and great pubs for cold drinks or a pub lunch. Cromer is only 4.5 miles in the opposite direction and also a bustling seaside town, full of independent shops, pubs and cafes. If you want to go further afield then West Beckham is perfectly placed to serve as a base for exploring everything the North Norfolk Coast has to offer.
