Bakers house is a purpose built block of 4 apartments - Flat 1 is a two bedroom apartment with sofa bed in lounge, sleeping up to 5 guests sharing beds or 2-3 contractors not sharing. Has a large and maintained shared garden. Located a 7 minute drive to the train station in town or a 3 minute drive to bentley train station and only an 8 minute drive to the racecourse. Yorkshire Wildlife Park, 20 minutes. and Doncaster Royal Infirmary is just 7 minutes away. Newly redecorated and updated.

There are plenty of local amenities around the property. Easy access to most places in Doncaster. There are local shops and places to eat within a 10 minute walk. There is ample free on-street parking. The roads are well marked and posted to head further afield or into the town centre for example
