Please note that Ballard House is a brand new home and at present there are ongoing building works to the rear and front of the house, final touches are being added to properties over the green to the front of the house from May onwards - the cottage has been priced to reflect this. During inspection we were not disturbed by any noise. Workers do not work over the weekend.
