We would be delighted to welcome you to Balmoral.
The Balmoral is a static caravan, situated on Pitgrudy Holiday Park which is 1 mile north of Dornoch. The park which has a 4 star rating, is open all year round and has earned the reputation for being "beautiful, friendly, quiet and very clean and tidy". It is situated in the most tranquil of settings on the breath taking east coast of the Scottish Highlands, facing southwards with stunning views over the rolling countryside of the Dornoch Firth. Dornoch itself is a seaside resort boasting beautiful beaches, world famous golf courses, a selection of shops and places to eat. We are 1 mile from the A9 which is part of the North Coast 500, so this makes a perfect place to stop for a few nights to explore the delights of this area. Dunrobin Castle, the Salmon Leap at Shin Falls, the Moray Firth Dolphins on the Black Isle and Loch Ness with its world famous monster "Nessie", are all within an hours drive, as is Inverness Airport. Don't forget to visit one of the many distilleries in the area and sample some "water of life" pure malt whisky. *Please Note - no commercial vehicles are permitted on this site*
