The property was great with lots of facilities. It was nicely decorated , super clean and tidy with great facilities. It has a very lovely view, a nice balcony and also a very nice garden. I felt comfortable to stay there. Lorena was very helpful and nice.

Bay View Villa is a newly built three story detached Holiday home in Carbis Bay with stunning views over Carbis Bay and out to sea towards the golden sand dunes of Hayle and Gwithian as well as over the fields towards Penzance. Bay View Villa offers a very luxurious feel this with an upside down setting, all bedrooms are located on the ground floor, on the first floor there’s an open plan fully fitted large kitchen, dinner and lounge and on the second floor there is a second lounge with large pitched window and balcony to enjoy the sea views. Ground Floor: 1 Master Bedroom with King sized bed and En-suite shower room with extra large shower 1 Twin Bedroom 1 King Bedroom with garden access 1 Family bathroom 1 Utility room with washing machine and dryer 1st Floor: Open plan Large kitchen equipped with everything you might need for a family break, 8 seat dining table, large Lounge with TV and balcony. Studio with Futon sofa and office set up 2nd Floor: Large Lounge with panoramic views and large balcony Language spoken: English and Spanish

Please note that there are ongoing building works around the property, and even though disruptions are minimal, works are ongoing on houses up the road.
