Well fitted out ground floor flat located directly on the Minnis Bay seafront. With a very short walk (cross the road.....) to the tidal pool, rock pools, long sandy beaches and beachfront amenities (including pub/restaurant, ice creams and cafe. A 3.5 mile coastal walk/cycle West along the flat coastal promenade gets you to the gorgeous coastal ruins of Reculver, and short journey East to the Coastal towns of Westgate and Margate. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a seperate family bathroom.
