Property info

Indulge by the seaside at The Porthcothan, a beautiful bright apartment with the most remarkable views over the beach and out to sea. Relax and watch the sunset from the balcony, or stroll to the sand just moments away. This modern three bedroom apartment is laid over two floors featuring a bright open plan living area which bursts with natural light during the day meaning you can always make the most of the sunshine. Through the patio doors in the lounge, a sea facing balcony awaits, with amazing views over the beach, you can dine al fresco whilst watching the waves crashing. The third bedroom is tucked behind the living area, with twin beds. There is also a useful cloakroom in the hall with toilet and hand basin. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom boasting absolutely stunning views out to sea to start the day right! With a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room adjacent to the family bathroom which includes a bath with shower over. There is allocated parking for one vehicle within the gated grounds of the Ocean Blue development. Please note: This property has a balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children and pets at all times when the balcony is in use.

Ocean Blue is located just a stone’s throw from the beach at Treyarnon Bay, one of the most sought-after bays in North Cornwall where you can soak in the most amazing sunsets. The renowned surfing beach offers an interesting blend of sandy beach, rock pools, caves, and gullies to explore and a natural swimming pool on the Northern side, plus stunning coastal walks in this area of natural beauty. With a cafe at the top of the cliff to sit and have a bite to eat and a drink or a seasonal food van for takeaway food and drinks, car park and toilets. On top of this, the beach is dog-friendly all year round. Perfectly situated amidst the popular bays of Harlyn, Mother Ivey’s, Constantine and Porthcothan, and the award winning Trevose Golf Club which is just a mile away. A short, ten minutes, drive away is Padstow; a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises. This bustling town offers a vast variety of food from Rick Stein’s fine dining restaurants to fresh homemade pasties. If you’re feeling adventurous you could catch a sea life safari from the harbour or enjoy scenic views of the estuary cycling to Wadebridge for lunch along the flat Camel Trail.
