A modern, spacious and cosy 3 bedroom home perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Wareham. Just a stones throw from Wareham forest as you just need to cross the road from your front door and you are on your way to lots of wonderful walks or bike rides. Just behind the house are playing fields with a skate ramp and also a play park. A few minutes up the road for any keen golfers is Wareham Golf Club who welcomes non members and it is a wonderful course. (My hubby often plays there). The house boasts 3 comfortable double bedrooms each with wardrobe and drawers, family bathroom and downstairs WC, well equipped modern fitted kitchen, large lounge, dining room and garden which is laid to patio and decking with BBQ area. The kitchen has a range master oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster and essential kitchen items. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cots available on request, highchair and stair-gate. In the back garden there is sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars with availability for parking on the road too. The house is in a perfect position to explore the local area.

Paul works for a local company in Corfe Castle and Claire looks after the day-to-dayjobs that need to be done. Claire previously worked as an account manager at Celebration Crackers making beautiful handmade bespoke Christmas crackers. We have always enjoyed travelling and love staying in beautiful places. Just a 10 mile car drive or bus journey away is Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door an absolute must see if you are visiting Dorset. We are so lucky to be surrounded by rural countryside and just a short drive to the Jurassic coastline. The seaside town of Swanage nearby offers a beach, boat trips, shops, fish and chips and beachfront arcade, Durlston Country Park and steam railway. If you are a National Trust member you could visit the 100-year-old ruins of Corfe Castle or take in the stunning coastline of Studland and Old Harry Rocks. You can also take a steam train from the village of Corfe Castle to the seaside town of Swanage. Locally there is Monkey World and the Tank Museum. The town of Wareham offers an abundance of pubs, restaurants and a variety of shops; to include butchers, farm shop, supermarkets, takeaways even a Cinema.
