Company info

I'm Maddie, daughter of Peter and Melanie Thomson who run our family berry farm. I help my parents manage bookings and my parents live on-site on the farm if you have any questions during your stay. As a family we love being amongst nature and love to explore the Scottish mountains whether that be by hill walking or skiing.

Property info

Idyllically situated on a farm in Blairgowrie. Berry View is a great base for walking, exploring the Cairngorms or visiting local Perthshire towns such as Blairgowrie, Pitlochry or Dunkeld. Dundee and Perth are also within 30-40 mins drive. Perfect for couple retreats, friends get together or family holidays. Berry View is situated on our farm surrounded by berry fields, we are close to town so you can get to all your amenities easily but also hidden away so you get that country escape feeling. It is just a 25 minute walk into town and you can either walk on main roads or take the picturesque walk by the river. We also have a private beach on the river edge which is a 5 minute walk from Berry View. The property contains an enclosed patio to the rear, which is a great place for al fresco dining and allows you to let the dog out in the patio space.

The cottage is situated a 5 minute drive from the centre of Blairgowrie or you can walk down to the town through a picturesque riverside walk which takes 20-30mins.
