The Garden Room is the perfect base for couples to explore Cornwall all year round. Beautifully designed and decorated to the highest standard providing everything you need during your stay. The garden room is a private mini home with a full kitchen, luxury shower room and elegant boutique style bedroom. The Garden Room has a main living space with a full kitchen and island breakfast bar. A comfy sofa, TV, games/books in the cabinet and a sliding door to small private balcony and garden. The elegant boutique style bedroom has a king size bed with hotel quality cotton linen, draws and small hanging space. The large shower room has a walk in rain shower & riser, vanity unit with storage, super soft towels, basin and WC. Parking right outside with your own path leading to the front door. We provide a basic start with salt, pepper, cooking oil, soap, coffee and Tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and cleaning products.

My husband and I built The Garden Room in 2020. We wanted to create the perfect place for couples to come and explore everything that Cornwall has to offer all year round. We love living in Cornwall, we spend a lot of time at the beach walking the dog in the winter and swimming and kayaking in the summer. We try everything on offer in Cornwall for the benefit of our guests (Te he) so that we can wholeheartedly recommend the best places to eat and fun things to and see. One thing I highly I recommend walking some of the coastal path during your stay.

Buryas Bridge is on the outskirts of Newlyn, a working fishing village. There's a bridle way that continues up our lane for country walks. We are 1 mile from Newlyn where you can find many small independent shops including a Greengrocer, Cheese shop, Butchers, 2 Fishmongers, a fab little coffee shop/bar Lovetts, Warrens bakery, Pasty shop, a Cinema, Restaurants, Pubs and Galleries. We are 2 miles from Penzance beaches and 6 miles from Sennen and Gwenver surfing beaches, 3 miles from Mousehole, 4 miles from St Michaels Mount, 7 miles from Porthcurno and the Minnack Theatre and 10 miles from St Ives.
