The place had beautiful views around, rolling hills and lovely countryside. It had a nice energy and we had the most fantastic time. The hostess was very kind and helpful. We are all very sad that our holiday had to end.

Fantastic newly refurbished cottage within the scenic rolling hills of Somerset. 4 Fabulous bedrooms sleeping 8, luxury bathrooms and open plan entertaining spaces. Great outside covered dinning room with extra fridge. Large garden with a private hot tub, splash pool in summer, BBQ, firepit and outside games for all the family. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Fleet Air Museum, Hayes Motor museum, Longleat, and Shearwater Lake. 5 mins drive to Clarkes Designer shopping outlet with restaurants and Bars. 2 minutes walk to country pub. Country pubs and cider farms close by. 45 minutes to the coast. Go ape and bike trails are worth the visit at Haldon Forest. Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge close by. Kayaking on the River Parrett only 15 minutes away. 15 minutes to Glastonbury and 25 to Wells. Great property with a fabulous garden for you to enjoy with your family or friends with garden games. Fantastic location in an AONB.
Tracy used to work as a teacher and cadet leader providing outward-bound style holidays for students. So if you fancy golf, fishing, horse riding or another activity just let me know and I will do my best to source this for you and your group. We love the great outdoors and welcoming people to our holiday home. We enjoy providing information and help with reservations and recommendations for meals or days out. We will provide games such as badminton, table tennis, lawn bowls, croquets and Quoits for the garden so you can just stay home and have fun.
Set on the edge of a lovely Somerset village. Close to both Somerton and Street it both great for country walks or Designer shopping. Fabulous views of the countryside right from the back garden, with walking and cycling from the door step. Try the local 3 peaks walking challenge or Somerton escape rooms. The house is close to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Fleet Air Museum, Hayes Motor museum, Longleat Safari and Shearwater Lake. 5 mins drive to Clarkes Designer shopping outlet with restaurants and Bars. 2 minutes walk to country pub. 45 minutes to the coast. GoApe and bike trails are worth the visit at Haldon Forest. Kayaking or SUP on the River Parrett only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Glastonbury and 25 to Wells. Loads to do close by or if you want to stay home and be active its fun packed with activities in the secluded large back garden including badminton, table tennis, croquet and lawn bowls.
