The cottage was excellent; just as described and exceptionally clean. A really comfortable place to spend time in. The owners were really helpful and very friendly. The location is very good. The cottage is in a quiet spot and Newton Ferrers is lovely. Location is also ideal for exploring further afield including the coast, Dartmoor and lovely places such as the Barbican in Plymouth, Salcombe and Tavistock.

Bradbridge Barn is a detached single-storey cottage converted from a Grade II listed barn on a former 16th century farmstead on the edge of the riverside Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and a twin with en suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a shared garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared lawn and parking for two cars. Bradbridge Barn is a peaceful and spacious cottage for a relaxing break in Devon. EV charger available by arrangement charges paid to owner direct.
