We only have one SELF CONTAINED room in our B&B so you have the breakfast table to yourself there is no check in desk so let us know your estimated time of arrival, parking is free and easy on the road, as its a village with no restrictions and plenty of very safe spaces
Part of letting our room out is to meet people and talking with our guests and making there stay as pleasant as we possibly can
Our B&B, Brookside cottage is on the edge of Dartmoor National park which makes it a great place to start a walking holiday,We only have One room so you wont be meeting other guests,makeing it a safer stay for you. We are also only 25 min drive from the fantastic City of Exiter with lovey walking and cycling through the quays and along the river Exe,. 45 min from the lovey town of Teignmouth and Dawlish, and one hour from the most beautiful North Cornwall and Devon coast with its beautiful flat sandy beaches. opposite is the village store and Tea room with outside seating,and just up the road is the famous Taw River Inn and Devonshire Inn (Yes two pubs in one village} There is also a museum in the national trust property the Finch Foundry
