Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a traditional farm cottage, attached to the owners' thatched Devon farmhouse, on a working dairy farm in Filleigh near South Molton and can sleep eight people. There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, a second floor family room with a double bed and two single beds. A separate first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and two swings. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note: This property is solely a holiday let so does not accept worker parties.

The small village of Filleigh is set in North Devon, near South Molton. The Castle Hill Estate, a Grade I listed park and gardens which are occasionally open to the public, owns much of the land that surrounds Filleigh.
