Cabin of Light features one master bedroom downstairs with a majestic king-size four-poster bed, and another two bedrooms upstairs, each with a lovely black metal-framed large double bed. Each bed features four puffy bounceback pillows and Egyptian cotton linen sheets, a faux leather lumbar back cushion, and a large fluffy tartan throw. Twelve large hotel-grade cotton white towels are provided for guests for each stay. Each bedroom is fully carpeted and contains a luggage rack, clothes hooks, a massive wall-hung mirror, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, and plenty of wall art to provide a cosy, rustic, cabin, nature feel to your stay. The living room is spacious and contains two very comfortable air leather three-seater sofa beds. These clic-clac sofa beds are very easy to manouevre - just push the back forward till you hear a click, then push the back backwards all the way down to horizontal to form the bed which will be 180cm by 110cm in size. Each sofa bed features a large soft white fluffy throw and a faux leather lumbar back cushion.  The living room also contains the professional massage chair with an attached little monitor at the armrest with which you can adjust timed massage sessions for your neck, lower back, arms, and legs. Adjacent to this is a dedicated workspace. Underneath the coffee table lies a huge variety of 15 popular board games for your entertainment. The bathroom has been newly renovated with modern gloss white tiles, luxury black matt fixtures including a thermostatic rain shower and bath and sink taps, and free luxury toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and handwash), topped off with three ceiling spotlights for a lovely calm ambience.   The kitchen is well-equipped with new modern appliances including an induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, George Foreman grill, Dolce Gusto compatible coffee pod machine, cafetiere, teapot, baking equipment, blender, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and utensils, and washing machine.

The high-walled private garden is fully enclosed and fully decked, and contains the outdoor hot tub with amazingly powerful jets that massage and loosen your muscles in the warm bubbly water, while you stare up at the starry night sky or watch the water around you change colours, providing a pleasant visual experience. Nearby is the picnic table and benches, a modern smoke-reduced firepit, and stainless steel grill set, all ready for your outdoor BBQ experience. If that's not enough facilities for you, Cabin of Light also features an indoor two-person infrared sauna with multicoloured LED lighting features and adjustable temperature and timer controls. Imagine climbing out of the hot tub into cold chilly UK weather and then walking straight into the warm cosy sauna where the heat further relaxes your muscles, reduces stress, and rejuvenates your body and mind? Cabin of Light has a fantastic location: it is a 3 minute walk from the Stadium of Light, Beacon of Light, and the Sunderland Aquatic Centre which houses an Olympic-sized swimming pool, diving pool, and gym; a 5 minute walk from the Stadium of Light Metro Station and a huge Tesco; a 20 minute walk to the heart of Sunderland city and all its attractions; a 25 minute walk to Roker Beach; and a 25 minute walk + Metro journey to Seaburn beach. Newcastle, Gateshead, Seaham, Durham, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, and Stockton-on-Tees, to name a few, are nearby destinations easily accessible by car or public transport.
