Hotel in Middlesbrough
Set in Middlesbrough, 4.3 mi from Middlesbrough Cathedral, OYO Victoria Luxury Apartments features views of the city. We arrived at the apartment as a last minute booking as the accommodation we had booked previously through AIR BNB was disgusting. So when we arrived we were worn and tired. The lady That runs the apartments was amazing, she was kind polite and very understanding. She took myself my wife and our baby through to the apartment it was clean tidy well equipped and well maintained, they take a £50 deposit which is fully understandable because off the care taken within the apartment. It dose not look to much from the outside but the care and cleanliness and personal touch from the lady that runs the place makes up for that. Would highly recommend and if we are in the area again we will most defiantly book again. The place is secure there is cctv and the lady that manages the place lives on site - she is awesome.

Middlesbrough is an industrial town, but 10 minutes in any direction will take you to some of the most beautiful countryside in Great Britain. Yarm, Stokesley & Guisborough are wonderful places to visit as is Whitby all are close by.
Never visited the town centre, we visit family who moved up from Sussex but have enjoyed days out and the Moors. What we did notice was how wide the streets were and cut borders and how clean it was and folk far more friendly than Southerners we know.
I've lived in Middlesbrough for 6 years in 2002 until 2008 it was ok at that time but when I went back this year omg much much better people's much friendly lots of places to go beaches near by I just love it
Loved Everything ..looking over the campus . we were in the best place for the shopping area .. great places to eat .. ate at Swatters Carr Wetherspoons really pleasant, food was good and Javal Indian Restaurant really good bit of a wait but so worth it .. couldn’t believe how clean the town was excellent never been so “Wowed “
Dirty rooms Paper thin walls Leisure facilities good Hotel totally run down Parties going on all through the night music blasting no security to be seen had no sleep and had no sympathy from reception staff on checkout Do not stay here
We stayed because we had done a circular walk round Roseberry Topping and Cooke's monument and fancied a night out and a stay over. My wife does not know Middlesbrough and I used to work there so know it pretty well. Its not the greatest place in the world but I like the people and it was a chance to show my wife some of my old haunts. We enjoyed it and thankfully for me, so did she.
Hosts Room size Flat size Kitchen has stove and basic utensils (if not, ask and you'll get them) Family friendly Location is great for Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, saltburn and North York national park Overall avoid if you want pretty scenery but practically great for families with asda nearby and all major towns/sites within 10-15 minutes distance For Muslim visitors: A small masjid only 2 mins walk from the hotel with sisters section and a halal takeaway at 5 mins
Middlesbrough
This is a guest house rather than a hotel and provides everything it claims to - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. The rate was very reasonable considering how much the rooms at the likes of Premier Inn and Jury's were going for. It is not exactly central but is an acceptable walking distance from the main part of town.
Middlesbrough
The on site service was great - friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and tidy. On-site parking was easily accesible from the main road. The town centre was approx 10 - 15 mins on foot and there were lots of nearby food shops.
