Tucked away in the historic heart of Chichester, Canal Walk is a cosy flat with one bedroom & sofa bed in lounge, ideal for those visiting Chichester for business or pleasure. Located in the heart of Chichester, it is just a few minutes walk from the main high street with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. Nearby is Chichester Hospital, Cathedral, Museums & plenty of parks & open spaces. A short drive is lovely beaches, Chichester Harbour & Goodwood events. Long stays welcome. The apartment is light and bright and in a quiet residential area of Chichester although only minutes away from the heart of the city. It consists of one bedroom - a double and a pull out bed in the lounge. The living area is open plan with large windows letting in plenty of light. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering stay. The apartment is on the first floor and has a roof top view over to Chichester Cathedral however please note there is no lift in the building. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Chichester and has off street parking. It is ideally located only a few minutes walk away from the heart of Chichester's City Centre. The apartment is accessed using key codes which are given to you on arrival - In case of a late arrival codes can be given out earlier in the day. Parking is limited as this is a city centre property. Once booked, we can send you the link for Just Park where you can book one of our parking spaces on site or alternatively there are 4 public carparks nearby all within a 4 min of the property. A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of - Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrubbing brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets! We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential quarter of Chichester.Ideally located only a few minutes walk from the city centre, it offers easy access to the many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes that Chichester has to offer. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the apartment is only a 15 minute drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit, House and Horse Racing. If you are working at St Richards Hospital, the apartment is a 20 minute walk away. The cathedral offers free entry and is a beautiful building to explore and visit. Bishops gardens are located nearby the Cathedral and are stunning in all seasons offering a picture perfect backdrop with the cathedral in the distance. Chichester canal is also a nice place to visit either for a long walk through to Chichester Marina or on a boat trip which operate regularly. A visit to Chichester Theatre is a must and they always have so much going on! They have many shows throughout the year, both matinee and evening performances. There are many parks around Chichester, the most central being Priory park with a play area, cafe and big open green space. Our apartment is also a great base to explore the local area. There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside of the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive and offer many rural and costal walks. There are many areas great for bird watching and lots of trails for keen cyclists. The towns and cities of Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth are all within a short drive and there is outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays which is great for some designer shopping! A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester. Tesco Express is only a 4 minute walk away. The city walls walk is a great circular walk taking in the city - great if you like to soak up the history.
