10 Castle Street is a grade II* listed Palladian Mansion, nestled in the picturesque village of Cranborne in East Dorset. This beautiful area of the Cranborne Chase was a favourite of medieval kings as a hunting ground and also has links to Thomas Hardy's classic novel Tess of the D'Urbervilles. 10 Castle Street is a fantastic example of a traditional country mansion steeped in history, character and charm. Located in Cranborne Chase AONB and neighbouring The New Forest National Park it is a fantastic location to get your wellies on and embrace the great outdoors. One of the most amazing things about the location is that, whilst we are located in the beautiful countryside we are also perfectly placed for a trip to the beach. Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Studland and The Jurassic Coast all within a short drive away. All welcome: Families, friends, walkers, cyclists, golfers, shooters and of course well behaved dogs.
10 Castle Street is situated in the lovely village of Cranborne. There is a village shop, a garden centre 2 pubs, a brewery, a cheese factory, a local playground and 3 schools. There are also beautiful walks on the stunning Cranborne chase area. Horse riding is available upon request.
