Castle View House is a Bed and Breakfast with a touch of luxury. Located in the market town of Morpeth in Northumberland. Only a few minutes’ walk and you’ll be in the heart of the town centre. The Victorian stone built house has undergone a full refurbishment by it’s owners. The property has retained it’s original features with high ceilings, Victorian coving, stained glass windows and exposed stone feature walls you’ll not be disappointed in the facilities. All rooms are named after the well known Northumberland landmarks such as Alnwick Castle, Hadrian’s Wall and Warkworth Castle. The hosts Carmen and Dave have personally developed the B and B to give guests a luxurious, warm yet homely experience. Castle View has been beautifully renovated to retain original Victorian features with a touch of modern day luxury. With it's exposed stone walls, panelling, stained glass windows and high ceilings guests will love their surroundings as much as the owners do.
The historic town of Morpeth has a variety of places to interest historians including Morpeth Castle, Chantry and Clock Tower. Shoppers are encouraged to visit the boutique local shops and impressive Sanderson Arcade. You’ll have plenty to see during your visit including award winning William Turner Garden within Carlise Park. Throughout the year Morpeth hosts a variety of events including Northumberland Gathering, Food and Drink festivals, party in park and much more.
