Our spacious 2 bedroom family friendly apartment is located in central Chichester. Ideal for those visiting the area for business or pleasure. Located just a few minutes walk from St Richards Hospital, Festival Theatre, University & College. The main high street is an easy walk with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. Nearby is Chichester Cathedral, Museums & plenty of parks & open spaces. A short drive are lovely beaches, Chichester Harbour & Goodwood events. Long stays welcome. Our apartment is light, bright and spacious. It consists of two bedrooms - a double and also a twin with two single beds. There is a bathroom which includes on a full size bath and a shower attachment. The living area is open plan with large windows letting in plenty of light. Two sofas are in the open plan lounge which can easily seat 4 people, as does the dining table located in the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering stay with oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment is on the first floor and has a roof top view over to Chichester Cathedral however please note there is no lift in the building. The apartment is accessed using key codes which are given to you on arrival - In case of a late arrival codes can be given out earlier in the day. Parking is limited as this is a city centre property. Once booked, we can send you the link for Just Park where you can book one of our parking spaces on site or alternatively there are 4 public carparks nearby all within a 4 min of the property. A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of - Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrubbing brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets! We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair.

Neighborhood info

The Pallants are some very old streets in Chichester although our apartment is just laying back from this area, it still shares this unique tranquillity. As history goes, this part of Chichester belonged to the Archbishop and use to be called the Palantine. The word palantine means 'of the palace' however as time went on is gradually became what it is today - 'Pallant'. The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential quarter of Chichester. Ideally located only a few minutes walk from the city centre, it offers easy access to the many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes that Chichester has to offer. Whether on business or pleasure this apartment is an ideal base. If you are working at St Richards Hospital, the apartment is just a 20 minute walk away. Chichester College and University are both within an easy walk. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the apartment is only a 15 minute drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit, House and Horse Racing. It is also a great base to explore the local area. There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside of the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive as are the towns and cities of Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth with outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays. A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester. Tesco Express is only a 4 minute walk away and Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are all a short walk away and offer stunning views of this historic town. The cathedral offers free entry and is a beautiful building to explore and visit. The city walls walk and Chichester cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city. Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here there are often boat trips on offer.
