Exclusive use of our family home with sunny south-facing garden in the heart of Sidmouth, less than 5-10 minutes walk to the shops and/or beach. Available for weekly bookings between 12th Aug to 2nd Sep 2023.
I live in Sidmouth with my husband and four children. We are experienced hosts with our dedicated holiday let, the Old Scout Hut, as well as in an annexe in our home. This listing, however, is for our entire family home, for exclusive use during three weeks of August. The house will be let to the same high standards that we offer all our guests through our other listings.
Sidmouth is a great little town with so much to see and do that it's easy to while away several days here without the need for a car. The beach is lovely, the Byes river walk beautiful, Blackmore or Connaught Gardens are great to relax in or there's a plethora of cafes and eateries to enjoy. Not to mention sports and activities such as tennis, golf and mini golf, paddle boarding, swimming, cinema or the theatre. There is parking for up to three cars on the drive. The closest train station is Honiton to and from which there is a regular bus service. Exeter (and its airport) is also within a half hour drive or an hour's bus journey with a bus stop very close to the house.
