    Great location and with designated parking for one car. In this area you can park on the road for free, but it is incredibly busy (even in winter). We were a couple with my mum (i.e. 3 adults) and there was plenty of room to relax.

Rockstone Holiday Homes is a family run holiday home management company based in Whitstable, managing and letting holiday homes in Whitstable and the surrounding areas. The owners Tom and Emily, are life-long residents of Whitstable and have owned and managed holiday homes since 2012, providing a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind in this beautiful town. We live in the town, and we're happy to attend the property if you need us, or answer calls/messages if you have any questions. Keys are collected from the key box (we'll send you full details once you've booked) and you can come and go as you need to.

Just five minutes walk from the bustling Harbour Street, and the harbour itself, this comfortable home features a sunny patio garden and a sought after off street parking space. It also offers modern comforts including smart TV's and Wi-Fi. A short eight minute walk from Whitstable train station. The front of the house overlooks the quiet, car free footpath of Stream Walk. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 includes a super king sized bed, wardrobe, chest if drawers and smart TV. Bedroom 2 includes two single beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Travel cot and high chair are available on request. Family bathroom with toilet, basin and shower over bath. Downstairs: Kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, and everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. Lounge-dining room with Smart TV, dining table seating 4. The bay window includes a door opening onto the patio garden, with garden table and chairs. The gate leads out to the parking space at the rear of the property, along with lockable storage for push bikes.

This home is in the heart of Whitstable, in a quiet courtyard development just five minutes walk from Whitstable's famous Harbour Street with its unique independent shops, restaurants, and galleries, along with the harbour itself and pebble beach. There's a lot to see within walking distance, so if you decide to stay without a car you'll have plenty to do, and the property is just a 8 minute walk from the train station. If you drive, then there's private parking for you. It gets very busy over weekends and in the summer so having a parking space provided is a real bonus. The buses to Canterbury and beyond run along the main road, so you're 5 minutes from where they stop. High speed trains from Whitstable run straight to St Pancras in just over an hour and round to Dover and Margate in less.
