We thought it was a fantastic set up for a family and fitted our needs perfectly. Great enclosed rear garden and plenty of beds to choose from. WiFi included and all the cooking facilities you need. Badsworth is a lovely little village, very quiet and picturesque with a fantastic church. The Rogerthorpe Manor is a lovely place to go for a meal.

Central House is located in a beautiful rural village location in the historic village of Badsworth in West Yorkshire, on a quiet development of similar houses. A central Yorkshire location, ideal for exploring the whole Yorkshire area. Parking is available for two cars on the drive (garage use not included in hire fees), on-street parking also available. Private rear garden with mature shrubs surrounding it and outside covered seating area. **Hot Tub available at extra cost (please enquire).
I have properties in Badsworth & Barnsley that are fully furnished and available for short term renting, from a few days to a few months at a time. We also have an office at 13 Regent Street in Barnsley where there are staff at P&V Lettings who will be happy to meet you, if needed. Even if you just want to pop by for a coffee and a chat to let us know how you found your stay. Although we can call on helpful staff if there are any particular matters arising that need personal attention.
The village is a rural village and a historic farming village. There is a pub that is a short walk across a path across the fields or a 1 minute drive away. The immediate neighbourhood is a residential neighbourhood so noise and party behaviour is not welcome to fit in well there. The village is nice to walk around in the evening or during the day. There is an old church and a few large houses from old estates that were present in the village at one time. Despite this, the village is also close to amenities and take-away restaurants in the neighbouring village of Upton, a very short drive away.
