Set in a quiet residential street, this cosy gorgeous, 1 bedroom, second floor, luxury, artist owned apartment is within the ancient walls of York city. It is also just minutes walk from the town centre and the famous "Bishy road". It is a lovely cosy flat designed for 2 people to live in comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room and stylish sitting room with smart TV. Minutes away from coffee shops and restaurants and yet on a very quiet residential street. It is on the second floor and there is no lift.

Neighborhood info

It is a very quiet residential area but just at the end of bishy road with all it's delis and restaurants. In the other direction you are only 5 minutes walk to the centre of shopping, restaurants, and the minster. There is a lovely retro cinema just a few minutes walk away also, and on the corner of the street, a traditional English pub where all the cool locals gather. There is no need for transport as you are within walking distance to everything. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away or a 2 minute taxi ride.
