No gatherings:

Parties, events or group gatherings of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.

Noise:

Please be mindful of the neighbors and noise must always be kept to a respectable level. We ask we have a quiet hours time of 9pm to 7am.

Please leave the house as you found it.

No shoes policy indoors. Please remove upon entry.

Clean up:

- Please take away with you whatever you bring to the house except for your bagged rubbish.

- No sellotape or anything whatsoever on the walls or ceilings please.

No smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on the balcony. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask smokers to utilize the communal gardens if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a significant fine to cover the cost of restoring the property and furnishings due to lingering odors.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Charming 2-Bed with private balcony & free parking of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
