Hi I’m Martyn! A full time host. Myself and my team manage a number of properties around the UK through our company, Stayful. We're passionate about providing top class stays with a brilliant service. We work hard to do this and hope that our guests enjoy their time with us. We won't be available in person during your stay. However, we'll be available to assist you throughout the day and most of the evening via messaging or phone calls. In case of any issues that require an in-person presence, we have a network of tradespeople and companies that we work with. They will be available to assist you based on their availability.

Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of Bishop Auckland! This charming 3-bedroom house offers a perfect modern stay to anyone working in the area. Our house is fully equipped for anyone looking for a longer stay and we offer discounted monthly rates. The house itself consists of 3 separate bedrooms. Two of these are doubles and the other has 3 single beds. Downstairs there is a spacious living room to the front of the property and a dining room and kitchen at the rear. The kitchen is modern and spacious. The house is located centrally in Bishop Auckland making it an ideal location for anyone needing to be based in the area.
