Chichester Retreat is our fantastic one-bedroom apartment in central Chichester. Is ideal for both business and leisure travellers, accommodating 2/3 guests. Situated in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the main high street. Nearby attractions include Chichester Cathedral, Theatre, Museums and green parks. Additionally, it's conveniently located within walking distance of St. Richard's Hospital, Chichester college and University. Long stays are welcome. Our apartment is light, bright and spacious. It consists of one double bedroom which is en-suite. The living area is open plan with large windows letting in plenty of light. A double sofa bed is in the open plan lounge and a dining table with 3 chairs is located in the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering stay with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and washing machine. Chichester Retreat is located in a block of apartments all rented out for pleasure and convenience of our guests. The apartment is located on the top floor which is up two flights of stairs, benefitting from stunning views of the historic city. Please note that there is not a lift in the building. 1x Double bedroom which is en-suite. 1x Double sofa bed is in the open plan lounge The apartment is accessed using key codes which are given to you on arrival - In case of a late arrival codes can be given out earlier in the day. Parking is limited as this is a city centre property. Once booked, we can send you the link for Just Park where you can book one of our parking spaces on site or alternatively there are 4 public carparks nearby all within a 4 min of the property. A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of - Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrub brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets!

TThe Pallants are some very old streets in Chichester although our apartment is just laying back from this area, it still shares this unique tranquillity. As history goes, this part of Chichester belonged to the Archbishop and use to be called the Palantine. The word palantine means 'of the palace' however as time went on is gradually became what it is today - 'Pallant'. The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential quarter of Chichester. Ideally located only a few minutes walk from the city centre, it offers easy access to the many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes that Chichester has to offer. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the apartment is only a 15 minute drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit, House and Horse Racing. If you are working at St Richards Hospital, the apartment is a 20 minute walk away. The cathedral offers free entry and is a beautiful building to explore and visit. Bishops gardens are located nearby the Cathedral and are stunning in all seasons offering a picture perfect backdrop with the cathedral in the distance. Chichester canal is also a nice place to visit either for a long walk through to Chichester Marina or on a boat trip which operate regularly. A visit to Chichester Theatre is a must and they always have so much going on! They have many shows throughout the year, both matinee and evening performances. There are many parks around Chichester, the most central being Priory park with a play area, cafe and big open green space. Our apartment is also a great base to explore the local area. There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside of the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive and offer many rural and costal walks. There are many areas great for bird watching and lots of trails for keen cyclists. The towns and cities of Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth are all within a short drive.
