Citystay are a multi award winning, and comfortably the best provider of serviced accommodation in the Cambridge area. One of Citystay's unique selling points is that each time someone books with us, we donate money to a charity called The Lifeline Fund, who support orphans in the African Country of Malawi. We donate enough from each stay to house, feed, clothe and educate and orphan for an entire month.

Set back from the road, with unique furniture in each apartment, and guaranteed outdoor space, welcome to the brand new Finch House. The ground and first-floor studio and one-bedroom apartments boast envious amounts of natural light. Each red brick apartment has been carefully and uniquely designed. Whether that’s the stunning duplex apartment, or the large windows allowing natural light to pour in. We’re sure you’ll welcome the built-in wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen, and classic patio furniture. The ground-floor apartments all have their own front door and chirpy doorbell, and first-floor apartments are accessed via a shared, but secure, staircase. Stepping inside, you’ll be greeted with a sleek, contemporary look. Each apartment has unique furniture suited to its individual feel - think a rich blue, faux suede sofa in one, and a soft, ribbed grey in another. Parking is available to book, subject to availability.

Perfectly positioned for people wanting to step outside of the city centre’s hustle and bustle, Finch House is located on Coldhams Lane, toward Cherry Hinton. The apartments make a great location for Capital Park businesses, and relocators wanting a community feel. For gym lovers, David Lloyd is a ~4-minute bike ride away, and the local supermarket a ~15-minute walk. The nearest bus stop to take you into Cambridge’s city centre is a two-minute stroll down the road. There’s plenty to do and see around Finch House, whether that’s wandering around the green space or trying out the local pubs.
