The apartment is at penthouse level, accessed by stairs leading through carefully restored and fully managed common parts. Once through the solid oak front door guests can enjoy exposed original oak floors throughout and double-height space to the original roof structure. A hallway with shoe storage bench, key table and full height storage/ utility cupboards leads to a family bathroom, two double bedrooms with king size beds, a fully fitted galley kitchen, dining area with distinctive oak table and living area complete with sofa, reclining armchair, bookshelf and smart TV.
Having set down roots in Plymouth in 2016, Ian and I have fallen in love with Plymouth and the surrounding area which offers moorlands and coastlines aplenty to explore! This holiday let apartment is our latest venture, which we have lovingly decorated and furnished in December 2020, with everything designed and provided with your comfort in mind, we hope you enjoy your stay and we can welcome you back again!
Set at the Ocean City's premier award-winning Grade 1 listed waterfront building and nestling with it's own harbour on the River Tamar with views out to the Plymouth Sound across the estuary to the coastline of Cornwall, Royal William Yard is an ideal haven. Yard life offers a number of restaurants and eateries providing a wide range of dining experiences and cuisines as well as fashion boutiques, beauty salons and art studios. Guests can enjoy exploring the coastline by water by renting a paddleboard or taking a guided excursion with South West SUP or by land with access directly from Clarence to the famous South West Coast Path. Alternatively, explore further afield with access to the nearby Barbican and Mayflower Steps or Mount Edgecumbe Country Park or any of the City's many other attractions by taking the ferry service departing from Royal William Yard, bus service just outside the Yard or by travelling less than 2 miles by car.
