About the space: With this comfortable place, you can make yourself feel at home as you are welcomed with your own cosy private space (with a lock on the door) and an ensuite. The space is generously sized and fully furnished with a double bed and contemporary furniture. You have access to communal areas such as the kitchen, living room and garden that you can take time to relax and enjoy. WiFi access is available for the duration of your stay! House rules: * Be resepctful of others living within the space and always clean up after yourself when using communal areas * Treat everyone with dignity and respect always * No additional guests * Please take care of the property and its furnishings. If damages occur, they have to be paid for if they exceed the security deposit * No illegal substances allowed on the premises as well as littering * No keeping kitchenware in bedrooms, kitchenware should be washed and put away after use * Please take care of your keys.
