-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
