Property info

Newly renovated cottage is 5 mins drive from Matlock or a 20 min walk. We have 3 valley-view bedrooms, king, double and twin, alongside a family bathroom. Downstairs is a lounge with Smart TV and logburner, and an open-plan kitchen seating 6. We have an office with games and books, and Mobile Broadband for Wi-Fi and TV streaming. Outside seats and a firepit, with a BBQ for use; please provide own logs and charcoal. We have one parking space behind the house but road parking also available.

Corner cottage is the end-terrace cottage located on the corner of Hackney Road and Burnett Lane, about 5 minutes drive from Matlock town centre. We are also about a 30 minute walk from Matlock train station, with minicabs available from Matlock also. please use the following post code DE4 2PX.
