Good location, we booked ground floor but ended up on first floor owing to boiling issues, not ideal but acceptable. Very very close to beach, and only 15 minutes to station (v.important) and 8 minutes walk from Sainsbury. Parking was excellent. The Albion pub only sixty yards away, two cask ales. Reviews have commented on no microwave, but nowhere to put one. Comfortable bed, quiet area. No coffee maker but we take our own.
