Welcome to my cosy beautiful, modern, spacious and serene home in an excellent Hornchurch/Romford neighbourhood. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac residential road, yet only a 20-minute walk (0.9 miles driving) and 13 minutes by bus (Bus 165 and 294) to and from Romford station. Elizabeth Line trains are available all day to travel to and from central London and Liverpool Street in less than 30 minutes. Romford town centre has excellent restaurants and a 5-minute drive and Bus to Queens Hospital.
Nestled away from the bustling city streets lies a quiet neighbourhood where the pace of life slows down, inviting residents and visitors alike to bask in its tranquil atmosphere. With its newly built homes, this neighbourhood offers a picturesque setting that seems almost unaffected by the rapid pace of the neighbouring busy streets.
