    “The shower was hot, very clean and had fleece blankets supplied. Comfy beds and very quiet inside so great glazing. Liked the open space lounge and clever garden set up. Proximity to places to visit super but was out of the tourist queues.”

Cosy corner is a spacious 3 bedroom bungalow in Littlehampton West Sussex suitable for all the family. The large bright open plan kitchen, lounge, diner is a great area to relax in that opens out onto a South Westerly facing garden with large patio area with 9 seater rattan garden furniture and a large putting green to test your golf skills. The kitchen is equipped with Built in Oven, Microwave, Induction hob, Dishwasher, Washing machine, 70/30 fridge Freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of storage space to effectively self-cater through your stay. The family bathroom has a bath and shower and in the ensuite there is also a shower. There is parking for 1-2 cars on the driveway and plenty of room on the road around the bungalow for another 2-3 cars. With 3 good sized bedrooms, it is the perfect place to comfortably sleep the whole family. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king size beds and Bedroom 3 has a single bed which turns into a Double bed, all linen and towels supplied. With gas central heating throughout, free WIFI, and Widescreen smart TV’s in the main 2 bedrooms and a large widescreen smart Tv with DVD player in the lounge you can feel right at home.

Cosy corner is 10 minutes drive from the historic market town of Arundel, where you can explore the Historic medieval Arundel Castle considered to be one of the best continually inhabited Castles in England. 10 minutes drive South and you can visit Littlehampton seafront, with its 2 award winning beaches, the beautiful River Arun and large seafront Green it is an ideal place to visit. On the sea front you will discover the worlds longest bench and award wining East Beach Cafe. With its long promenade and great fish and chips and ice cream parlours its a great place to watch the boats come in and out of the harbour. 15 Minutes away is Fontwell racetrack. 25 minutes drive and you can visit the Cathedral City of Chichester with a great selection of shops and cinema complex. 25 minutes drive and the Goodwood estate with its race track, Festival of Speed and Revival Events as well as Goodwood Race Course. Rustington has plenty of cafes, shops and Restaurants 5 minutes away with some of the largest names on the high street. With a Golf Centre and Out of Bounds where you can find Bowling, soft play and Clip and Climb you’ll never be stuck for things to do no matter what the weather.
